Hôtel correcte dommage qu'il y a des soucis entre la réservation et l'arrivée. Pas la chambre prévue, obliger de composer...

nous avions pas eu de taies d'oreiller promis par le responsable réseau wifi était très faible nous avion du mal à trouver une place de parkings charmant hôtel mais pratiquement jamais vu le responsable à l'accueil pas de gros bac à poubelle pour jeter nos sacs sinon lieu calme

Endroit particulier,difficile pour trouver.... Cadre agréable , chambre modeste avec une literie très moyenne, draps pas repassés ....etc...

Hotel in residential road

We were disappointed striaght away as we came through the reception which looked shabby (I refer in particular to a sofa with a chunk missing out of it; an open door leading downstairs revealed a ceiling with bits of wire dangling down ). The receptionist or manager? stated he wasn't expecting us but rectified it after checking his computer.He then went to check the room was clean and disappeared for about 10 minutes on his return he said it had been cleaned but he was looking for the key?! Also stated cleaner was on holiday and was having trouble getting replacement. He eventually showed us to our duplex which was spacious but unbearingly warm and could do with another clean (mould on the windows, sticky table, less than white sheets, dust...). It was also quite noisy at night. The manager/receptionist was however chatty, friendly and provided us with extra towels and let us use the hotel's mobile as we had no joy with our one.He also told us to contact him if we needed anything.

Leuk hotel, moet alleen nog worden afgemaakt.

In één van de historische straatjes van Cergy, komt een heel leuk hotelletje. Daar wijst alles op. Wij waren er alleen te vroeg voor ons gevoel, stopcontacten lagen bijvoorbeeld nog open en veel details nog niet afgewerkt. Wel waardering voor het feit dat er tijdens onze aanwezigheid niet werd geklust. Als ze de sfeer die het nu al begint uit te stralen doorzetten bij de afronding wordt het zeker een aanrader.

Bon endroit malgré 2/3 points à améliorer

Dans l'ensemble rien à reprocher mais il manque un peu de travail de finition dans les chambres: fils qui dépassent du mur sans raccordement, prise électrique qui s'arrache du mur et prises qui ne fonctionne pas. Autre point de désagrément, le manque de place de parking dans la rue de la résidence. Par contre un point positif est la très bonne connexion internet par câble compris dans le prix de la chambre

No comment...

Attention, l'hôtel n'est pas fait pour un séjour business. Il faut être au courant des règles d'arrivée (avant minuit), sinon la personne de l'accueil n'hésite pas à vous rappeler les règles avec insistance (il fallait appeler avant minuit (pour une arrivée tardive), c'est écrit sur notre site)... N'ayant pas le choix que d'être sympa pour ne pas dormir dans ma voiture, j'ai accepté la petite morale et un supplément de 20 euros pour mon erreur de client... ?!? Dommage le lieu est charmant.

Not what I paid for

I had paid and booked for a Superior Studio with a queen bed, sofa and high speed internet. What I got when I turned up was a sofa bed in a room with a 3m2 skylight and no blinds or curtains. I was woken up evey morning at 5am by light streaming through the window, after an uncomfortable night on a sofa bed that was as hard as nails. The high speed internet turned out to be a network cable hanging out a hole in the wall, that didn't even work properly, and certainly no wifi anywhere in the building including the lobby. The first morning I had booked for breakfast which was a mistake as even 40 mins into the serving time there was none available due to delays at the bakery, while not the fault of the staff, it is not a great start when you have been up since 5am.

Hôtel et appartement dans un cadre agréable

Accueil agréable, hébergement à proximité de l'Oise, des vieilles maisons comme du centre-ville. Appartement/chambre confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour se faire à manger et nettoyer sa vaisselle. Photo non contractuelle dirons-nous, et c'est dommage car le cadre vaut la peine d'être pris en photo. Pas de petit-déjeuner, contrairement au descriptif, heureusement qu'il y a tout le nécessaire en chambre pour se faire à manger et son petit-déjeuner. Internet par câble quand il y a un câble, je n'en avais pas, je n'ai pas pu vérifier. Un descriptif qui mériterait d'être conforme à la réalité car l'hébergement vaut pour ce qu'il est.

A fuire.

Hôtel vraiment très très bof... même pour une nuit. La réception est très sale, des mégots partout, poussière, papier.. La chambre : prise mal fixée, lampe avec abat jour cassé, on aurait dit que tout était de la récup... En arrivant, on me dit, que ce ne sera pas possible de prendre un ptit dej, car le sefl est en travaux... super... Bon, finalement vu l'état général, je ne suis pas sûre que j'y aurai mangé qlq chose. Mieux vaut choisir un formule 1, au moins on paie pas cher.

Beau petit hôtel original dans l'le centre de cergy...un peu bruyant et pour le moment pas de petit déjeuner... A corriger au plus vite avec plus de place de parking aussi... Accueil sympathique on y est bien

Nice, if you are found of animals...

The building (hardly a hotel but more of a hostel - or rather a B&B without the second B) is situated not far from the lovely harbour of Cergy. The harbour holdes a great variarity of nice resturants all within walking distance. Residence Divarius on the other hand holdes two cats, two dogs, three chickens and a rooster - all in free dressage within the enclosed backyard. If you are afraid of animals or allergic - stay away! Neat and clean rooms without aircondition. Be aware of dog disposal in the otherwise nice and neatly prepared backyard! I suggest everyone to go to bed rather early since the rooster - mindfully placed 20 meters from the rooms will wake you up at approximately 05:20 in the morning. If not, the acompanying barking from the two dogs surely will. No wi-fi nor 3G in the area gives you time off to view the great variaty of planes in and out of France most busy airport, only interrupted by accelerating motorcycles on the near by highway. Enjoy your stay.
