“We enjoyed so much staying in this beautiful house with private swimming pool. The place is surrounded by tranquil nature but the town is very close by and the closest shop and restaurant are in a walking distance. The hosts were really nice and helpful and provided us everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Everthing is also very clean and well organized. The atmosphere in this place is unique. “Das Haus ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet! Wir haben nichts vermisst! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die ländliche Lage ist traumhaft und ruhig. Die Umgebung ist eine Reise wert. Aufgrund der Abgeschiedenheit und der hügeligen Landschaft muss man allerdings lange Fahrtzeiten einplanen. “The house is a beautifully redone schist structure in the center of Talasnal. All the comforts of home; nicely stocked kitchen, great fireplace (heated the whole house), comfortable beds, and nice hot showers. Great hikes just walking out the front door…although we did get lost the first day. Haha. Both Joao and Alda were super responsive and so helpful. Even offering to pick us up in Candal after our very long misplaced hike. Definitely purchase any supplies before arriving as the tiny Mercado……

A few things to consider for improvement though; the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor which soaked up the towels every time we had a shower. The bathroom floor therefore became very slippery, which could be quite unsafe if someone did not have fast reflexes (I almost slipped a few times).
