“The room was very dirty, ripped paint and broken window blinds. The staff were quite rude, rolled their eyes at questions and made several veiled threats to call the police before even checking in.”

“Hair dryer was broken, room was old n too small, windows couldnt open n reception is on 4 th floor without any lift. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, close to the centre, and within a 10-15 minute drive to most of the wineries we visited. One small issue - there are several heaters in some of the rooms, however the main bedroom has no heater. It would be good to have one there.”

“Being winter there was no extra blankets. Air conditioner cut in and out every 5-10 minutes so the room didn’t stay warm. There were very rowdy people in other rooms carrying on till late in the night.”

“Beautiful view of the vineyard and an open field from Cottage 2 on our staycation. The fireplace was perfect for a romantic evening cuddled up on the couch (playing Mario cart 😄) By day we explored the local area neither of us drink wine but the area is stunning. Thanks for an amazing memory and stay, added to our collection.”
