"Travelled as a family with infant. Food was good - variety and quality. Only had breakfast and 1 buffet dinner. Room size and amenities was as per booking. But there were issues. 1st issue was with the 1st room. Smelt like someone smoked in the room. Windows were opened and air purifier provided. No change. When i went to FO to ask about a room change, the FO staff told me cant confirm it with an attitude that the smoke smell in the room was my problem. I requested for the FO MOD to call me and gave her my feedback. She did better and even confirmed a room change for me later in the evening. 2nd issue was with thr 2nd room. The air-conditioning was central. In the afternoon and evening, the entire room became like an oven. Windows were opened to no avail. When i called down i was told there was nothing they could do and could only offer 2 portable cold air blowers which i took though it offered little reprieve. Hospitality is a full package, but the basics of getting a room right - which is what every guests pays for - should never be compromised. "

"Great hotel. Comfortable room. Incredible water pressure! Great service from the team at Langham. The hotel is located near a theme park. We were there during off peak season (end of November), enjoyed the quiet. Beautiful talian themed city 2km away (we walked to it). A great shopping centre 10 mnt drive away from the hotel. Over all a great stay. Thank you the Langham team for a memorable 3 nights stay. Doris and the front desk team, top notch service. Hope to see you again soon 😊"
