"We enjoyed our stay at The Norwalk Inn and Conference Center! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and well appointed, and the price was very reasonable. Loved the actual freezer above the refrigerator, instead of the tiny ones that sometimes only have room for one ice pack."

"I used to stay here all the time when it was a Holiday Inn and it was fantastic! But they knew it needed repairs and fixing and decided not to do it. They sold the property and it’s going further and further down hill every visit. They don’t have vacuum cleaners . They sweep the carpets! There have been mice in my rooms the last times there. It needs carpet cleaning desperately! They use a photo of the bar and restaurant that is closed. Pool is closed. Plumbing issues also. Place needs care but I think they’re keeping it going as long as they can before it’s closed down. Very small cleaning staff also. They’re friendly but it’s sad how bad it’s gotten. It’s become seedy. Back door open without key lock so unsafe feeling,but I lock my door. Only reason I continue to stay there is the price and the location. "

"The WIFI wasn't that great but the AC/Heater worked perfectly. We heard loud music playing from 2 other rooms on our floor. The location was close to the metro north and subway and there are lots of restaurant to choose from."

"Very well located, and overall super comfortable. If I had to point out a negative is how loud the AC is, like seriously airplane loud. But even though, we liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay."
