Beachfront Bliss is an oceanfront condo end unit in Wild Dunes on Isle of Palms SC that offers something no other unit in Tidewater can offer: direct, complete and immediate views of, and access to, the beach/ocean and pool/children's wade pool. This incredible, relaxing property is one of a kind. Built directly into the beach in a private resort complex within Wild Dunes. At no price point on the island are the views better than this. This sunny and well-kept unit features full and complete beach and ocean views throughout the unit and from both large lanais (one of which is fully screened-in and features a lounge seating for comfortable entertaining).While on the "ground floor" the unit is raised several feet up and built on stilts in the beach, but allows convenient and frequent access to the unit from the pool and beach as a home-base for your outdoor play.Now, a description of the rooms of this beautiful property. The master bedroom offers a King-size Tempurpedic bed (new this year), with ensuite bathroom (shower and tub). Also new this year, marble tops have been added to both bathrooms. The second bedroom offers a King size bed, a twin loft, twin trundle and ensuite bathroom.The main living area is open-concept to promote socialization. The kitchen is modern and updated with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator and freezer (with ice-maker). Blenders, mixers, toaster, pots, pans, silverware, plates cups and everything you will need is there.Off of the kitchen is a bright and sunny breakfast nook. Enjoy full ocean and beach views there.Or...take your meal to the living room and enjoy full ocean and beach views through the picture window. If you so desire, you may turn on the big flat screen located in the living room. There is a ottoman table, couch and extra-large comfortable viewing chair in the living room.Or...take your meal outside. Off of the living room is the first of two lanais. This lanai is quite large and screened-in for your enjoyment. While sitting at the outdoor lounge furniture with ample seating, enjoy the views of the beach and ocean or watch the little ones at the pool or wading pool. With this unit, there is no need for to pack a cooler. You are so close to the pool and beach that you can just use the kitchen refrigerator to keep your food and beverages cold.Or...take your meal or coffee to the lanai, off of the main entrance. This large lanai is private and gated. It features comfortable reclined seating and the most gorgeous and uninterrupted views available on the island. The pictures simply do not do it justice.Once you have gotten suitably relaxed from hanging with your family on the beach, perhaps you would like to try your hand at golf or tennis. The Links golf course, which has a driving range, is steps away. You can enjoy a meal or drink at the Sandbar or Huey's located at the Clubhouse there.Or you can go up the beach on the other side and find the Boardwalk Hotel, a bevy of bars and restaurants, as well as tennis courts, bicycle rental and the Harbour Golf course and Clubhouse. The Boardwalk hotel is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the unit.Just outside the Wild Dunes gates and around the corner is the Isle of Palms Marina, featuring food, beer, wine, boat and jet ski rentals, Eco-Tours, Parasailing, boat launch, restaurant, among other amenities.From this unit, there is so much to do, or nothing at all. Privacy is afforded by the unit's unique location on the very end of the beachfront of the building thus promoting full relaxation and privacy. You are close enough to the main Wild Dunes amenities to enjoy them when you want, but far enough away to keep your vacation relaxing and crowd-free. We simply could not create a better experience for you on the Isle of Palms.

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
Parking - A maximum of 2 vehicles can be parked at this property.

✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $500.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals
* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.
