Prior to arrival host was insistent on communicating through whatsapp which we did not have access to right away. Information about check in was not really provided until day of - after much insistence- which due to travel challenges - created extra stress and concern about the property. “Tracey and Earl were great at communicating early and providing helpful info for arranging our stay - e.g. car rental, water taxi, etc. The cottage is new and updated, with all the amenities of home, including a garden! We toured around a lot and regret not spending more time here - friendly neighbours, close to everything including nature trails, monkeys everyday, etc. Highly recommended!”
