The room was clean, it will be much better when all the rooms have been updated. Communal areas were filthy, stairs looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Shower was rubbish, even boiling hot or freezing cold. Location was convenient just not that nice. Hotel looked like it was stuck in the 90’s. The room wasn’t clean (there were some clothing labels that the previous customer had left on the floor…) The room was very cold (there’s no way you can turn the heater on), so I decided to have a hot bath to warm up - after these, I had a member of staff coming to the room to say that there was some water leaking from my bathroom to the room below… In the description says that they offer toiletries - this is literally one mini shampoo (at least some shower gel would have been good) Additionally, the breakfast itself wasn’t really good either. There was a lady who seemed to be a manager at the bar and I kindly asked her a question about the milk. She just said heres your key and room it was. Didnt say which floor. Also she was given me and my granddaughter dirty looks as we come back in from being out. No heating apart from a little heater. I spoke to another member of staff and reported that blonde one who checked us in. Holes in the walls dirty sink where the eater gose down.
