You'll have full access to this entire unit (the right side of a duplex) as well as the unfenced lawn space directly outside of your unit.
Glenwood is a quiet, working class neighborhood that is super convenient to Downtown Chattanooga, South Side, and all of the main expressways. As with any city property, please be aware of your surroundings and lock up behind you and make sure to leave valuables out of plain sights when parking your car.
Fun Fact: We have found that traveling healthcare tend to love this location because it is so close to the 3 main hospitals in Chattanooga.

You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $2,500 in "All-Risk" Damage in addition to Airbnb's AirCover. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by guests. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With "All-Risk" protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it is specifically excluded, such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. The house is accessible by either Lyerly or Derby St. Once you pull up, feel free to park either on the street right in front of the house or in the driveway.
