Staff were lovely, polite and really accommodating. I saw a few bad reviews complaining about the noise, but it is on a main road so it is to be expected and in all honesty, the noise isn't as bad as you'd think. The rooms were clean and cosy, can't fault a bit of Netflix on a smart TV.. Lovely stuff.The bathrooms were spotless, and I'm fussy about them. Another great quality is, that it's 5 minutes away from the city centre and even a 24 gym which you can purchase a 3 day pass for £16.99\. The bus stop to go to Chester zoo and Blue Planet Aquarium is also right outside, just accross the road.. Highly convenient. Nothing is a problem they will always listen and accommodate your needs! Easy walk into the centre . Free car park . Rooms are basic but it’s a budget hotel and suited our needs . The room could have done with a good dusting . Some road noise from our room .
