“This review is for the hotel. I stayed two nights (September 18 and September 19). Room #2. I am wondering if the sheets and the comforter were laundered before my arrival. The body smell from them was unbearable. Also all lights (the floor lamp and two lamps on the night stands) did not work. I know this is an inexpensive hotel (actually, not that inexpensive after all) but these things are absolutely necessary at any place where people stay.”

“Convenient but the service has to be improved.”

“We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. “Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……

“Room was clean, plenty of parking. Biggest down side is that the walls are quite thin; I could hear the person next to me snoring as if they were in the same room.”
