“We booked Grey III navigation from Refugio Grey back to Hotel Lago Grey. However, the ferry was cancelled without any notice. We need to purchase an expensive WiFi package in Refugio Grey in order to WhatsApp the hotel for the information. The sudden cancellation of the ferry without any early notice made so much trouble that we needed to rush back to Refugio Paine Grande for another ferry to Pudeto then caught the shuttle of hotel. From Refugio Grey to Paine Grande, it was a 11km hike! Such……

“Gorgeous setting with beautiful views.
Our room was lovely, and perfect for a couple of relaxing days after lots of hiking. The only thing is our particular room was by the kitchen so you did get some sound through the walls. Majority of the rooms are downstairs though and won’t have this issue. Staff all lovely and friendly and we had a nice meal in the restaurant one night.
We didn’t have our rental car anymore but had no issue getting Ubers in and out of town. ”
