“My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Tern Cottage. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay (washing machine was particularly useful). We also had mid stay housekeeping which we were very impressed with. The location of the Cottage is extremely close to all the shops, seafront, park and train station. Any queries we had were dealt with very promptly by the owner Kristin. She was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend a stay here whether short or……

“On arrival it was a bit dark. No lightning to cabins. I think maybe solar lightning or something!! Stepped into cabin it was nice and warm as picked the coldest night of the year so dar to turn up. Host left lights on so we could see inside. Bathroom was great, double bed comfortable nice thick duvet as it was cold. Kitchenette was just the right size for the cabin. The downfall i would say is the water pressure in the shower. I get it no power shower as it's mains fed. But overall stay we……

“Accommodation was fine, clean and had hardly any issues. But just a few comments. We are both in our mid 70's and my wife having had recent back surgery had a lot of difficulty climbing and descending 4 flights of very narrow stairs. Even I had trouble with them and I do not have big feet but I had to go down sideways. I am surprised they meet building standards. Could definitely do with a printed welcome pack in the room to get guests started with the amenities, there were no instructions for……
