"Zaihn at the reception allowed us very early check in and was kind enough to allow us late check out. She was extremely helpful, respectful and friendly. The room was clean, large soft towels, two complimentary large bottles of water, coffee/tea area, safe and fridge available for use. Only complaint was the shower kept flooding when we used it. Breakfast included was a vast choice of items and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. There's a one minute walkway to get you into the grand Mall next...

"Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check in early which was appreciated. The pool was very nice. Appreciated the shuttle boat and used it several times. The food in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was good but it was a little confusing where to find things as the buffet was spread over several rooms. Perhaps as guests arrive for breakfast a staff member could explain the layout. No housekeeping provided- perhaps you need to request it. If so, explain this to guests. "

"The rooms are nice and spacious. The landscaping and beach access are great. Good spa area and wellness spaces. However overall the shared spaces such as pools and restaurants are tired and in need of an upgrade. The staff were nice but there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between staff members and service could be slow. Food and cocktails were average."
