"Great hotel with an excellent location, with easy access to MRT Line 1 (较场口地铁) and Line 2 (临江门地铁). Everything was nearby and very convenient to access.
The service staff — Lucy, David Lou, and 彭欢 — were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They went the extra mile to assist us by contacting the delivery rider when our parcel had not arrived, and also followed up with the limo driver when he had not reached the hotel to pick us up for the airport.
They even arranged for the parcels to be delivered to our room before our arrival. Thank you so much for the excellent service throughout our stay.
The housekeeping staff will also provide a laundry rack if you are doing your own laundry.
The shower area and toilet are separated, making it convenient for two people to use them at the same time, while still maintaining privacy as the doors are covered with frosted film.
One suggestion to the hotel would be to install hooks in the shower area so guests can hang their clothes, as well as provide a small shelf or space for personal toiletries. There is currently only a small tabletop for the hotel’s shampoo and shower gel, with limited space for guests’ personal items."
