“Lovely little cottage, perfect for a short stay (wish we had longer!) local to Oxford, Cotswolds & as a stopover from north to south as just off M40/A34. Managed Ok even in hot weather as a fan provided & bathroom was fab. Would have been nice to be able to open up the rear door for patio breakfast rather than walk around the side but not there long enough to be an issue. Opposite the church so had a musical alarm call from the bells on a Sunday norning which was novel & as expected for village……

“Great property to stay at, and wonderful area to explore the Costwolds and beyond. The suite was well equipped with most needed items. There were quite a few flying ants but the owners had tried to put ant traps out to remedy the problem.”

“It is good to have an open kitchen in the room for preparing simple meals. The environment is quiet and comfortable.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully renovated, bright, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet close to Oxford. Iftikhar is a wonderful host, very responsive and totally accommodating! The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, and the free parking was a huge bonus. We especially enjoyed the large balcony and comfortable living space. It really felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend……

“The room was beautiful in terms of showcase design but lacked niceties such as body lotion, biscuits for tea and no mirror other than the bathroom one to do make up check clothing etc The doors (in a shared hallway were very noisy - impossible to close quietly. The pool was full of kids playing ball so abandoned that idea The on site restaurant was ok The whole experience was NOT 5 star.”
