“Nice kind of quaint older style hotel with a large guest relaxing lounge on the first floor BUT lots of steps up and down depending on your room location. Older potential guests should discuss this with the hotel before booking. Initially booked in a room with a couple of foul-mouthed noisy lads next door and door open. Made an early decision to ask for relocation which was arranged and ended up with a quiet room as we had lots of ground to cover the next day. Breakfast was good and all staff……

“We needed an overnight bed and breakfast option after attending a wedding at nearby Farnham Castle. Dawyk Beech fitted the bill perfectly and was less expensive than an overnight at the castle. Our en suite room was a very generous size overlooking the lovely garden with a comfortable king bed.
We needed to check in before the official time of 4.30 to get changed for the wedding and wouldn't be back at the guesthouse until after midnight. I called ahead of our stay to confirm this was OK and……

“We love Four Seasons Hampshire so much! This was our 4th stay and it was as excellent as ever. This is a five star hotel so be prepared for five star prices, but the staff and service make it all worth it. We’ll be back next summer and are already looking forward to it
Two nits:
First, they used to have an art sculpture on the front lawn that has been sold to a guest. I was sorry to hear this, but really think the front lawn needs another piece. Hoping we’ll see one when we visit……

“This is a beautiful old house that has been made into a hotel. It looks and feels like it has a lot of history. It is a lovely tranquil place. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Wifi in the room and common areas. They do nice homemade pizza's, with a good selection of toppings. There is a small bar. The breakfast is self serve, nice food. “ Alovely lovely place to stay and we Will stay again ,loved that the floors are wonky but what do do expect just full of character loved it . A heads up my partner is 6ft the shower was a little on the small size .. the room was slightly smaller than we expected .
