“This 15 century hotel/restaurant is wonderfully renovated. Restaurant is closed on our date of arrival, and front desk older gentleman used Google Translate and send us to a Mich. recommended restaurant in town of Haro only 12 min away and dinner experience turn out great. Bkft from 9-10 am was excellent even w fresh squeezed orange juice. ”

“D’abord on nous donne la clé de la chambre et la fenêtre etait ouverte et pas moyen de la fermer ! J’ai réclamé on m’as donné une deuxième exactement la même chose fenêtre cassée ! Je réclame et une troisième chambre pas moyen d’éteindre les lumières ! On a du dormir avec les lumières ! Et en plus la télé était bloquée sur le football ! Pas moyen de voir autre programme !!! Mauvaise expérience !”

“Loved every thing about the stay, the people were so attentive and kind and couldn’t do enough to assist. The bodega, the quality of the wine and the tapa .. so good. Breakfast was simple but excellent. The room was large and comfortable, my partner said it lacked a couple of aspects from a woman’s perspective, such as mirrors and lighting for makeup and there was no shelf for placing bathroom items. But these are small details and don’t detract from an overall excellent hotel.”
