“Room was clean and just what we needed. Staff were helpful, however when attending for breakfast I was told ‘it’s closing’ rather than just offered a seat, when breakfast was due to be open for another hour. We then also had a small bite in the lounge area the next day, and the food took nearly 40mins. We used the spa facilities, and these are always great. The room was comfy and just as we would expect. It’s the second time we have stayed, and would go back again. ”

“We had such a lovely stay. It felt like a home away from home. The cottage is clean, cosy and perfect for our family. The kitchen was equipped with everything that you need. The kids loved the bunk beds. The house is perfectly positioned within walking distance to all the amenities. We had a nice time using the indoor and outdoor pool. We rented a boat and had a nice paddle around the lake. We booked the soft play and it was nice to have the space all to yourself. My suggestions would be to call……

“Very spacious and comfortable house for 8 of us, celebrating special family birthdays. We enjoyed lots of lovely nature walks despite the rain, and also swimming, play areas, and a good meal in the Ballihoo restaurant. Visiting ducks appreciated by the children!”

“Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again.”
