Bella Vista is one of two adjacent identical homes with a fantastic and spacious living area, each with three bedrooms and solid oak furniture. The open living space with lounge, kitchen and dining area has ceramic floor tiles. Through the large patio door you enter a large terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and the vineyards that extend to the medieval town of Città Sant Angelo. On the ground floor is the ten by five meter swimming pool with salt treatment, surrounded by a tiled terrace and grass that offers ample space for sunbathing on the sun loungers. For those looking for shade, there are parasols, trees and a pergola. The swimming pool is shared with the guests of the adjacent house, Casa Felice.
The panoramic view overlooks the swimming pool, the medieval town of Città Sant Angelo, a small lake and the stunning mountain ranges of the Gran Sasso and the Maiella. This view is breathtaking. Just 5 kilometers from the sea and sandy beaches, this domain offers peace and quiet for a relaxing holiday. The house is fully equipped with all necessities and the garden is beautifully cared for. There is sleeping accommodation for maximum 7 people in the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entire house has air conditioning.

The final cleaning costs €85 and must be delivered in cash to the cleaning lady.
