“Sadly our flights were cancelled due to the UK Air Traffic Control technical issue on Sep 8. All flights were impacted. Our rebooked flight was also cancelled. I contacted Expedia to see if they could contact the hotel and explain our situation. Expedia spoke to Mateo who advised Expedia that he could not cancel the reservation and issue a credit. While I completely understand that this was last minute but it was due to a very unfortunate issue in the UK.”
