“Just gross. So dirty...looks like bedding had not been changed in weeks.”

“The coffe pot in lobby/breakfast didn’t work. The icemaker machine didn’t work. The vending machine has issues with accepting money and we didn’t have a card to use at the time even though card is an option. The ceiling tile in the bathroom seem to have prior leakage, stains or mold growing from it. They didn’t have a hair dryer either”

“The property was incredibly clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I did t give 5 stars because there is no elevator so carrying luggage upstairs is tricky. Also, there were a few areas that needed repairs but they were minimal.”

“All of the staff were amazing in all the details they each had for their jobs. Management treated us with so much respect and genuine kindness after knowing what we had just had from a previous stay at a different hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, the restaurant had wonderful food and very nice staff, the pool area was still able to be used until 11pm, as well as the jacuzzi! The layout of the indoor area was built so it made you feel you had a large welcoming area with plants and places……

“Beautiful hotel, great staff, great location. We loved the fresh baked cookies in the evenings. There is a nice kitchenette with full size fridge, 2 burner stove, sink, and microwave. Unfortunately, they do not provide cookware, dishes, glassware, or flatware. That was disappointing since we planned on cooking breakfast there. We ended up with microwaved breakfast biscuits.”
