“I have stayed here a few times before. Had issues with code for room access. After speaking to the lady from the call centre, a guy arrived and let me into the room. After about 10 or 15 mins he returned and gave me a new code.
After a long day of travelling I just wanted a shower and to crash out. Was a little inconvenient.”

“From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
There was no assistance available for check-in. I had to wait outside and call the hotel multiple times. When someone finally answered, they were unhelpful and even ended the call abruptly without explanation or courtesy.
Upon entering the room, I was immediately met with a strange and unpleasant odor. I couldn't identify the source, but it made the room extremely uncomfortable to stay in.

"The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The night view from the 79th floor was absolutely stunning — it was truly a wonderful stay.
The only issue we encountered was with the dryer, which seemed to stop automatically, possibly due to overheating, and couldn't fully dry our clothes. Although staff responded quickly and sent someone to check, the problem wasn’t completely resolved.
That said, it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed the room. If we have the chance to visit again, we would definitely choose Skytower once more."
