"All staff were welcoming and helpful. Hotel was very clean and room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and was varied and very good. Reception staff were very helpful and easy access to Oxford City Centre by bus. Very good hotel and a very good price."

"An amazing hotel, the service was perfect and an unexpected upgrade really appreciated. Our room was lovely, beautiful and clean and the little extras (chocolate and champagne) really appreciated, (also don’t forget to look in the fridge which is ‘hidden’ in the wardrobe!) Bathroom was spacious and had lovely products and thick luxurious towels. Staff were so friendly and full of advice and tips, they made you feel special and welcomed. However breakfast was a little underwhelming, cooked options not to my taste, it may have been better to offer a selection of breakfast items to choose from, also (and I’ve seen this in other reviews), the continental breakfast area is very tight, it would be better for the Store to extend this and have the continental items separate to the tea and coffee making machines - it gets a little crowded! "

"We had a lovely time. I went with a friend for both our birthdays. They staff were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Definitely will be revisiting. Would be great in the summer as the grounds are lovely. "

"Some rooms have a bath-tub and some have a shower cubicle. Some have air-heating via a vent near the ceiling and some have an electric radiator which you can set to the temperature you want. You could ask for what you prefer at reception when you check in. I always ask for an upstairs room because ground floor rooms can be noisy if you have people on the floor above stomping around late at night. I've never had the breakfast and, since I only needed the room, I didn't pay extra for that. You can make tea and coffee in the room of course."

"The bed, pillows and duvet was 1 of the most comfortable I've slept in, top quality. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Didnt eat there but there were options that looked good. The hotel felt spacious, modern and well maintained. Plenty of parking and several retail parks close by."
