“Hervorragende Lage, sehr gute Gestaltung der Zimmer. Preiswert. Beim komplett digitalisierten Check In etwas Verzögerung, aber alles ok. Ungewöhnlicher Aufzug. Eine Reklamation wurde sehr zügig und zufriedenstellend bearbeitet. Gerne wieder. ”

“The room was nice and clean. But we are not allowed to drive into the area near the hotel. We were advised to park the car in a public car park which was about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. And the hotel didn’t provide electric kettle in the room. ”

“Exceptional Staff. Very attentive, friendly and make you feel at home. The hotel is beautiful, a tastefully restored Manor House in the centre of Arles. Clean, generously proportioned rooms retaining the original features of the old house/stable. We stayed in a premier room. It had its own terrace overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard is what really makes this hotel. A beautiful oasis in the city centre. Easy walking distance to the Roman remains. No restaurant on site but plenty to choose……
