“If you are looking to get away from it all, noise, traffic every day city life this is a must place to stay. It’s situated off the road and every morning you can sit out front with your cup of coffee or hot tea and listen to the birds and the absolute silence around you. Now we had our own car and being from the US we had to drive on a different side of the street but that being said it wasn’t all that difficult. My husband was a pro. “I was initially rather intimidated by the antique perfection as shown on the website photos and wondered if my rambunctious family would leave it intact but very pleasantly surprised to find the house well worn and quirky . It reminded me of staying in a friends home - there was nothing to remind us that it was a rental -family possessions and photos - books and objects all trustingly left around which gave the house a warm and very haopy feel. Very comfortable beds with good linens and pillows……

“We stayed for 2 wonderful off grid weeks at this charming cottage. Eileen was a wonderful host. I was amazed at how responsive she was during the planning especially since there was such a time difference in our locations. My husband has some mobility issues, and Eileen answered all our questions to make sure that we were going to be comfortable. The cottage was cozy and had everything we needed plus more for our extended stay. We had safety vests for walking, a Tesco grocery tag and reusable……

“Just enjoyed a lovely peaceful week in our Inisfree Carriage House. The scenery on the Estate stunning especially seeing the Connemara ponies a short walk away. We felt totally relaxed and at home. We had a lovely welcome on arrival from Finula and John. The day before we were going home we were lucky to have a tour of the Manor House from John who was so knowledgeable about it. We came home with very special memories.”
