“We stayed in Villa 11 and pad the extra fee to have our hot tub pre lit. In the direction they gave it say to wait two hours to let the tub get to temperature and to stir with the wooden paddle. We did not have a paddle when I messaged the host they questioned me if I had looked everywhere which I had or I wouldn’t have sent a message then there solution was to just use the skimmer net. Which did not work and the tub was not hot after 2 hours of waiting. The tub was over filled so when we got in ……
