"The best part of this home is the view and closeness to nature. The views are outstanding and the peacefulness and tranquility of the location was exceptional. There were a few maintenance details about the home that need attention in addition to some kitchen utensil refurbishments needed. These were communicated to the property manager. The property manager was very responsive and also dealt with an ant problem experienced in both bathrooms immediately. Bbq does not work well and needs...

"Eight Long time and new friends came to play pickleball, wine and dine. The pickleball courts had amazing 360 degree views and we easily drove to our tasting and dining reservations. "My son and I had a wonderful time staying in this lovely ranch house in the Panoche Valley. I’ve always felt this area was the last piece of the old west, complete with cattle, tumbleweeds, roadrunners, and ravens. When you get away here, you really do get away from it all.. We definitely could have stayed longer. The house was very comfortable and my son liked the loft, though I wouldn’t recommend it for younger children since there isn’t a railing. "We came for the dark skies and we weren't disappointed. It is a great place for astrophotography-- but beware of the wind. The bunk house is fantastic. It is quite roomy, everything is brand new, and it has lots of great amenities. There is an outside patio with a fire pit and barbecue stations. Communication with the owner is easy and straightforward. Make sure to bring everything you will need as this place is pretty far from shops/gas stations etc."

"This unit is a cute cottage in the country. We were two couples. One stayed in the upstairs bedroom and the other couple in the downstairs bedroom with the queen bed. It was exactly what we are used to at home in terms of distance from town and the rural setting. The owner was very helpful and nice. The water ran very hot and the pressure was strong upstairs, so keep that in mind. There were little things like a downstairs ceiling fan that didn’t work. There is an adorable full service kitchen....

"For us rural, remote country is great. The room/old building we stayed in (Old Post Office) was also great. It was well decorated and comfortable. However, the bathroom is not connected to the building. This, in and of itself, might be ok. However, other people (ranch hands/mechanic?) were also using the bathroom. This freaked my wife out, especially after showering. This may just be a logistical issue for the property owners and easily remedied. However, we did not stay for the second night."

"I had a very helpful front desk person help me out . My first room had a wonderfully comfortable bed and beautifully upgraded bathroom, but the a/c wasnt cooling. She immediately found me a better room with wonderfully cool a/c , nice enough, Dennys a short strool-and I didn't see the Subway Sandwich shop at the Valera Gas Station till we were leaving. We meant to get a place in Coalinga, but this turned out okay, friendly people."
