“Low-quality furniture. needs to be updated”

“Property was fine, the pool just wasn't clean enough & it was crowded. ”

“Great place to stay. Woke up to see dolphins every day. Quiet part of the beach, even on 4th of July. The air conditioner does drip a bit onto the sofa. Would stay here again!”

“This property was in a great location very close to Maddox blvd which will take you to Assateague or to Main Street. It was quiet and had beautiful views of the sunrise. While the kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans, we have to cook because of dietary restrictions so I wish there had been a cutting board and measuring cups/spoons as well. I appreciated the hands off check-in/check-out process. Staff communicated via text and email and were available if we needed to get in touch,……

“We had 7 adults and 3 kids at this rental and it worked out well with some creativity. The bathrooms were all very big, good closet space throughout the rental. The blackout curtains in the primary bedroom were amazing for our baby. Proximity to the beach and pool access were great! The upstairs game room is a loft which means the sound from downstairs travels up as well as difficulty keeping that space dark so not great for little kids. The patio furniture I think needs replacing at this point.……

“We had a lovely stay at the penthouse on the beach. The accommodations are spacious and well appointed. The location is wonderful if you like a quieter section of Virginia Beach. A ride to the boardwalk and the hubbub takes about 25 minutes.”

“Beautiful condo!!!!”

“It was a great and wonderful stay. Honestly no bad reviews, we did have a couple of suggestions. The washing machine may need to be replaced or upgraded. It was super loud when it was in the spin cycle and almost had the entire condo shaking. The bathroom located on the second floor is a bit cramped. I would suggest getting the door to swing out. This would allow for bit more room in that bathroom and allow you to relocate the toilet paper dispenser.”
