“Stephanie and Dave have the most beautiful and tranquil lakefront location. The Inn is stunning! Stephanie greeted us in the morning with a beautiful smile and served a delicious breakfast of fresh homemade blueberry scones, fresh fruit, overnight oats, eggs, yogurt parfaits and lots of breads and bagels. Coffee was hot and very tasty! Each room is exquisitely decorated. Lots of things to do, and nice restaurants for dinner close by. Will definitely book again in the future! ”

“We had a very relaxing time, it was very easy to plan and communicate with the host. The only complaint is that the dogs next door barked non stop at our dog through the fence, we were warned that they bark but they were a bit excessive. If you are bringing a pet, be ware that the neighbors' dogs will bark at it when you're outside with them. This is also not the hosts' fault and I would never impact the rating on the property it was just a bit much to listen to.”

“This cottage is located by the lake with amazing views. Beautiful patio to sit out and enjoy. The host was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The grass should be cut. The gutters are in very poor condition. There is an outside area but they have vacuum, kayaks etc and very dirty. The room was clean but smelled musty probably from the carpet and very old furniture. The owner was pleasant.”

“very steep stairs leading to rooms. Property is showing signs of wear and tear. We received emails regarding questions of access and connection to after-hours staff after we left!!! The room was clean and well stocked but showed its age. there is a much better option 10 minutes up the road for almost half the price. There are no extra amenities to speak of . Basically, there are only 2 options within the village and thus, this one is overpriced. Stay in Haliburton or Bracebridge instead.”
