Enjoy your stay in 2 newly renovated units at the Shark Tank Cocoa Beach quadplex! These stylish spaces mix coastal charm with modern comfort. Each unit has a 75” smart TV with YouTubeTV, NFL Sunday Ticket, and NBA GamePass—perfect for all your favorite shows and games. You'll find 2 master bedrooms with king beds and TVs, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth with two twin beds. We provide beach chairs, towels, and toys for fun in the sun.

Outside, relax on the artificial turf with a hammock and comfy patio seating. Rinse off in the cool surfboard shower, then play giant Connect 4 or cornhole. You’ll also have two private parking spots. All this is located in the heart of Cocoa Beach, near City Hall, the fire and police departments, but tucked away in a quiet, hidden spot—just a short walk to the beach and close to Kennedy Space Center and Orlando’s top attractions.
