“Very friendly and helpful staff.”

“Excellent location. Only issue was lack of food available on the second evening due to staff shortages. ( not really what you want to hear when you are hungry). The bathroom was lovely, however it was a little high to climb into the shower, bath and someone who was suffering with a bad a leg found it hard going, also getting out of the bath/shower there was no hand rail to support. ”

“Very good hotel in excellent location for Helmsley with great spa facilities. Slightly disappointed with quality of cleaning of room with no drinks or toiletry replenishment after the first nights stay. Good breakfast but food slow coming out of kitchen, not the waiting staffs fault though. Lovely lounges and excellent bar with helpful and welcoming staff. ”
