In a villa, apartment for 4 people, with the possibility of 5 (a sofa bed is upstairs in the living room), but the price will be extra. This completely independent 90 m² apartment features a swimming pool on the heights of Cogolin.
400m from the village center.

On the 1st floor: 2 large terraces with unobstructed views, shade sail with table and chairs, and a lounge area with unobstructed views of the Vallée des Maures.
Large air-conditioned room with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, and large table.
On the other side, a sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi access.
A toilet.
Very bright room with 2 bay windows opening onto two large furnished terraces.

On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (1.60m bed), air-conditioned, and a dressing room.
Overlooking the pool.
1 bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and washing machine.

Outdoors: table and chairs, umbrellas, and deckchairs for the pool.

You'll find beautiful walks in the area, including the tourist office.
Close to the beaches of Port Grimaud and Port Cogolin, the legendary beaches of Ramatuelle, and of course, just a few minutes from St. Tropez.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Ruhige Lage mit schönem Ausblick von der Terrasse. Einrichtung ist gut, es fehlt an nichts. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen! Der obere Raum mit den beiden großen Terrassen ist wunderschön und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Wir waren mit 2 Hunden dort, das Gründstück ist eingezäunt und es gibt genug Patz um den wunderschönen Pool, auch im Schatten. Das ganze Haus war super sauber und befindet sich direkt in Cogolin, Einkauf und Strand sind ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Sophie und ihr Mann ( und die beiden Hunde) bewohnen den hinteren Teil des Hauses und waren mega bemüht, uns bloss nicht zu stören und uns unsere Ruhe zu lassen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, einen ganz lieben Dank an Sophie für den schönen Aufenthalt! Dani&Heiko

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe. Kleinere Probleme wurden von der Vermieterin umgehend behoben, sogar sonntags.

Lovely House Great to Recharge and to Enjoy

Great house, decorated with attention for detail, good bathroom, two nice sized bedrooms with double beds and direct access to garden and private swimming pool. Car parked behind secured fence. Great place to relax and enjoy quality time with your family of friends. Weversknoop different terraces. Close to (Port) Grimaud, St. Tropez & Beach. Fantastic, friendly host who will provide support when needed and at the same time ensuring privacy.

Excellent property, perfectly located

A lovely welcome on arrival and a well appointed house. The perfect location to explore the area and coastline. The local town Coglin was a short walk away and had some lovely restaurants.

Schönes Cogolin

Als erstes ist die super nette Betreuung durch Corinne hervorzuheben. Sie hat uns in Empfang genommen (Danke auch für die Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank !) und alles gezeigt. Sie war jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar und hat auf Fragen unmittelbar reagiert. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse in einer Wohnsiedlung. Zum tollen Leclerc sind es mit dem Auto ca 3 Minuten. Cogolin hat viele gute Restaurants die, wie die Bäckerei fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Zu Stränden fährt man ca 20 Minuten. Der (Salz-) Pool ist ausreichend groß, so dass man richtig schwimmen kann. Der ausziehbare Tisch ist für 6 gerade ausreichend aber der Platz drumherum eigentlich nicht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings könnten die Küchenmöbel ausgetauscht werden. An den Schubladen löste sich hier und da das Furnier. Ich würde das Haus empfehlen, wenn man Abends auch mal gerne das Auto stehen lassen möchte. In den Wohnzimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage, was sicher in heißen Sommern von Vorteil ist. Anfang September haben wir sie nur sehr wenig genutzt.

A perfect holiday rental!

We absolutely loved the property which was spacious and perfectly located to wonderful beaches, shops and more. The owner Sophie was so helpful and kind going above and beyond to create an extra bedroom for my youngest son. The representative Corrine was also so helpful and kind. A perfect place for the family!

Alt, aber gut!

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ist gepflegt und bietet alles was es für den Familienurlaub braucht: Die Strände und Orte der Region sind gut erreichbar und es gibt hervorragende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Küche, Essbereich und Obergeschoss sind sehr geräumig. Sehr nette Gastgeberin und perfekte Betreuung vor Ort. Mir wurde sogar mein Handy-Ladekabel nachgeschickt.

Catastrophe !

C'est une véritable catastrophe cette maison. La piscine impraticable ! verte et vaseuse. On nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de parasols alors qu'il fait 40 degrés sur les transats et nous avons découvert qu'il y a des parasols dans le sous-sol de la maison ! L'hygiène reste à désirer, les salles de bains ne sont pas propres, la cuvette des wc bouge dans tous les sens, tout ce que vous touchez dans la cuisine colle ! L'objet principal lors d'une location de maison est la piscine. Nous sommes arrivés samedi et nous avons quitté les lieux lundi car la piscine n'était toujours pas praticable et nous pensons qu'elle ne l'est toujours pas à l'heure actuelle. La communication avec les propriétaires est très compliquée. Nos vacances ont été gâchées. Ne louez pas cette maison !

We had a super stay at the house! The communication with the owner was very good and very uncomplicated. The house is beautiful, clean and fitted our family of 6 adults excellent. Everything you need is there which made our vacation a total joy. We were welcomed in a very, very friendly way! The personal way we were treated was excellent. Maison et hôtesse au top !

La maison est parfaitement située, non loin du centre et de toutes les commodités, tout en étant dans un quartier très calme. Elle a tout ce dont on a besoin. La communication et les échanges avec Sophie, la propriétaire, ont été excellents. Nous étions trois adultes et deux chiens. Sophie était la seule dans la région à accepter 2 chiens dans la maison. Pour cela, nous lui donnons 10 étoiles supplémentaires :-) Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.
