“Nice cabin and pet friendly.”

“Beautiful, spacious home in a perfect location! ”

“While visiting Cooperstown for Baseball Hall of Fame induction ceremony we stayed at Abel’s Acres. The house was huge, clean, comfortable and the perfect setting for relaxing in evenings! Giant kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking. Quiet area for enjoying nature and star gazing. Perfect place for family gatherings.”

“Wonderful stay! Host was amazing. Thank you!”

“The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t……

“Property is as advertised and was amazing . Perfect for a quick get away or over night visit to area. So clean and new. Everything you need. 30 minutes from colleges. Definitely recommend. Be wary as there is no cellular service in area but WiFi in cabin is great!”

“The home was perfect for a Cooperstown baseball week. Host was easy to communicate with and the lodge gave multiple families sharing their own living space. Very clean and an easy ride to Dreams Park each day.”

“Had a great time , everything was perfect for a mini getaway”

“Solid property that is close to Dreams Park and dining options. Host was responsive to our needs. Only issue was that the windows weren't acoustically sound and we could hear traffic at all hours of the night. Otherwise it was a perfect fit for us.”

“Beautiful location in upstate New York”

“Beautiful cabin, very accurate to the description, very clean and it’s on a beautiful lake. Would definitely recommend!”

“Wonderful stay for our time in Cooperstown. Pool was great for kids. 8 min drive to town and 10 to dreams park”

“Clean house and host was in contact to make sure we had all we needed. Place was all set up for pets. Stayed with our son and daughter in law for a family weekend. It is up the mountain some. It does have a steeper driveway. Son and daughter in law enjoyed the screened in balcony to watch sunrise over the mountain in the morning.”

“Very clean and enough room for my family.”

“Fantastic place! Everything as advertised. ”
