"The A/C unit was loud and didn’t work great in our room. We were overlooking the pool which I thought was the renovated side but the bathroom was run down looking with cracked tiles in the shower. The fridge/microwave area was small and crammed next to the bathroom which was also small. Minimal parking. ..."

"Check in was difficult as we had a hard time contacting reception. Furniture was old and worn. Bathroom fan did not turn off. Tv volume could not be controlled. Very quiet and peaceful location."

"The pull out couch was covered in popcorn kernels. I can understand eating popcorn and watching movies but I would hope my cleaning crew would be more thorough. The resort is fancy and lovely.
