“Nice place and courteous employees. ”

“The Hilton Netherland is a classic building in downtown Cincinnati. This hotel used to be the train station and the architecture is very interesting. The bathrooms in the rooms need to be re-done, they have tall sided tubs you have to step over to get into, the bathroom is very small and hard to turn around in. The Front Desk service was excellent, most of the servers were excellent and friendly. Room service was not available when I tried calling. ”

“6年前来过，总体变化不大，但是从万豪变成索内斯特管理，软件还是查了一点，拖鞋，洗漱用具都没了，厨房设施也少了锅子，总体有明显退步。设施开始有点老旧了。该更新了。”

“What an experience. Top notch service. Among the best staff I have seen in a hotel or hotel bar. Rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. It’s located within walking distance of downtown Cincinnati. I will pick this hotel again in the future. ”

“Perfect location for a night out in Cincinnati. Walked to the restaurants and bars at The Banks. Easy access to hotel, efficient valet parking, comfortable room. ”

“All employees was nice .. only issue I had was at midnight I asked for some dry cereal for my 3yr old autistic granddaughter cause she wouldn’t eat anything an they told me no , we had to wait till breakfast.. other than that it was nice clean an everyone else friendly an went above an beyond ”

“We just needed a "pit stop" arrived at 1am and left at about 830 am. The night clerk was prompt and kind. However I was startled by a women sitting in the dark breakfast area when she cursed at someone on the phone saying the police had already dropped her off. The room was clean and comfortable but minor repairs here and there poorly done not run down but more shabby. The breakfast was hot and clean morning staff was very friendly. Other guests were not families not friendly. The hotel……

“My mom is going through radiation foe breast cancer. We have to travel an hour from home to get to her treatments daily. Staying in the motel is easier on her. She can rest faster. The motel is comfortable and quiet. And close to restaurants, shopping centers and parks. ”
