“I get the feeling the owners have just bought this house & are just starting to rent it out. It seems they have upgraded some parts of the apartment but others are old i.e. the kitchen doors look new, but the carcasses are very old. The lounge felt like it was missing a tv. There was a sofa for 2 facing a wall, with your back to the views of the hills, which felt odd. Personally, when I book an apartment for 4 people I expect 4 people to comfortably be able to sit in the lounge at the same……

It has everything needed for cooking in the kitchen or bbq’ing on the terrace, and the setting within an old castle complex and in the midst of mountainous nature is just awesome. We had a great time here, even though it was unfortunately very short for us. ”

“Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ist toll gepflegt. Leonardo ist immer ansprechbar und gibt Tipps für Ausflüge in der Gegend.Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen toskanischen Bergdorf. Die Fahrt dorthin dauert etwas, da sie auf fast 1.000 hm liegt und nur über Serpentinenstraßen erreichbar ist. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch und perfekt, wenn man wandern, radfahren und sonstige Outdoor-Aktivitäten liebt.”

“We stay in the area every year to see family, and have always struggled to find a house large enough for us all that is suitable. This house is that and more. The pictures really do not do it justice. The swimming pool is absolutely stunning, and is cleaned every other day. The pool area is a lovely large space we enjoyed daily. I noticed a few comments before our stay about it being too hot without air conditioning and I can say this is just not true. The week we were there temperatures were 33……

“Eine traumhafte location in den Bergen, die Aussicht war ein Traum und der riesige pool hat nicht nur uns Erwachsene begeistert sondern vorallem unsere Kinder. Haus und Wohnküche haben uns absolut ausgereicht und wir haben die schöne Zeit mehr als genossen. Natur pur in den Bergen und mehr als ein fantastischer Gastgeber haben unseren Urlaub vollkommen gemacht. Viele Dank Luca!”

“Het was even zoeken waar de woning precies lag. Na een hobbelig pad van grind/stenen kwamen we bij de parkeerplaats voor de auto’s. Vervolgens moet je lopend nog een meter of 10/15 stijl naar beneden over een pad van asfalt. Vervolgens zie je het prachtige uitzicht met het prive zwembad, 2 leuke zitjes en de woning. De woning is typisch Italiaans ingericht, netjes en schoon! Het verblijf was heerlijk we hebben onwijs genoten. Klein minpunt is dat het ongeveer 1 uur rijden is naar bijvoorbeeld……

“Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sie war sehr sauber. Der Balkon war eher klein, der Ausblick jedoch sehr schön. Pitelli ist ein kleines Bergdorf mit einem Supermarkt. Die Pizzeria ist eher ein Lieferdienst, jedoch kann man auch vor Ort essen. Rund um Pitelli kann man auch gut mit dem Bus fahren, der kostenlose ist. Trotzdem ist es empfehlenswert ein Auto zu haben, da die Busse nach 18.00 Uhr nicht mehr fahren. Wer gut zu Fuß ist und gerne wandert, kann von Pitelli aus schöne……
