“The location was great and the management company was extremely easy to work with. The unit does need some updates. The kitchen table and chairs were not comfortable and the carpet were pretty worn. The space was fine for 2 people and the kitchen was well equipped (except may need to get some more forks).”

“The property was worn down. The furniture in the kitchen, bath and living room was stained and worn. The rugs were very dirty or so badly stained they didn’t come clean. The bedding felt unclean and the sheets were pilled. There was hair on the bedding in one bedroom. There was a smell to the property that the owner said was probably from dampness in the basement. The house is old so some things are to be expected but not with the cleanliness and wear and tear of the furniture. The host was……

“There were a lot of extras supplied by the host. They had toys in the laundry area, along with games and puzzles that my grandkids could play. They also supplied soaps, shampoo, etc, which I will have to keep in mind for the next time. Less to pack! Rockford unfortunately experienced 10 inches of snow, and with our early checkout, we had to shovel out. But we got a 50 dollar reimbursement, which was very kind. With all the extras, I would suggest labels on the cabinets and their content. I……

“Very comfortable space in a great walkable location. The host was very accommodating and nice.”

“Close to medical mile and downtown. Walkable to downtown if needed but Uber or Lyft easy to grab. Next to a park, very nice. Host was very communicable. We had a few issues connecting the television to the internet to log into anything to watch but we were able to. Clean but definitely dated. Lots of coming and going in the late evening, but typical for the city.”

“Great location, 1520 mins walk to the center and many museums and other attractions very close. Very well appointed apartment, two air conditioners and multiple fans. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots and pans and nothing was missing. ”
