This house sits on the Frio River and it has a private riverfront for guests to enjoy. It sleeps 19 and has four bedrooms and three baths. It has a wrap around porch which offers great shade to get away from the Texas heat. With just a short walk down to the river this property offers a cement slab perfect for setting up all you need for a day at the river. You can choose to sit and hang out in the river or float down to the house from Seven Bluff. This house has an area for bar-b-queing and a fire pit for enjoying with your friends. There is also a volleyball net and horseshoes for some family friendly competition. Bedroom 1: Downstairs- King Bed with shower and jacuzzi bathtub Bedroom 2: Downstairs- Two sets of bunk beds (full bottoms and twin tops) with bathroom Bedroom 3: Upstairs - Queen Bed with bathroom Bedroom 4: Upstairs - Two sets of bunk beds (full bottoms and twin tops) Living Room: Two sofa sleepers (both full sized) and one futon (full size) WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHEET OR TOWELS.
