“The home was beautiful, spacious, clean and the beds were so comfy. I loved the king sized bed & en-suite and the extra full bathroom for the queen bedroom works well for adult couples. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need to cook a meal and the attached garage was a bonus. I am a travel agent and will absolutely be recommending the place to any guests visiting the area. It’s only 15-20 minutes to downtown and close to the main roads, for ease. ”

“Came for our son’s wedding in downtown Grand Rapids. Excellent location. Very clean condo , easy to find and very roomy . Our dog was very comfortable too. It was nice to have a big garage to unload all our things and easy entrance. Highly recommend if you have an event in Grand Rapids!”

“The property is easy to find and conveniently located near a major highway. Another major street has a wonderful selection of shops, stores and restaurants. The inside was nice and clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. A couple of areas need to be corrected. The garbage receptacle was overflowing and smelling up the garage. The garage door is in serious need of attention. The screeching of the door was almost unbearable. There were wet cleaning……

“We arrived in the dark and the back entrance where you park was a little tricky so we went to the front. Pretty dark in the area at night but once we figured out the keypads with the help of our phone lights, we were in! It's a beautiful, spacious and clean condo. There were 3 of us so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom which was nice, but in total it easily sleeps 8 in beds, if you share the beds. If you don't want to share a bed, then 4. “This is absolutely not an accurate listing. Upon check in we were givin a dirty room with "white" stains on the office chair and the induction stove top fell apart when opening the drawer inderneath and pubic hair in the tub under our "clean" towels, and that was only our first 10 minutes of being there.the front desk only allowed us to change rooms once they went and veriefied the messes in the room which werent hard to find if they would actually inspect the rooms after cleaning. “Our stay happened to include the weekend. Saturday of our stay the carbon monoxide detector started alarming along with smoke detector. Contacted mgt Saturday morning and was told a maintenance ticket would be submitted. We checked out on Monday and was still not addressed by maintenance. This is very concerning as this could have potentially been a bad and unsafe situation ”
