“Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”

“This is a lovely clean cosy property walking distance to the main street of Ocean Grove and Coles. Takes about 15 minutes easy walk. There is a great coffee shop and bakery a few steps away from the house which was a bonus. You do need to drive to the beach. The house is very bright and the beds are amazing. "The family villa was nice and clean. Water pressure was great for shower. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen utensils were clean and frying pan was close to new and it made frying and cleaning easy.
