"Wonderful hotel located in the historic center of Cuenca. A short walk away from beautiful colonial cathedrals and churches, town squares, historic architecture and local restaurants. The hotel is beautifully preserved with modern facilities in each room. Excellent breakfast of fruit, eggs, and local produce served in an ornate dining room every morning. "

Service by hotel staff was way beyond expectations. We had two non hotel issues and hotel staff went out of their way to resolve. Can’t say enough about the staff.
