“This is the rare 5-star B&B that actually earns its rating. The house is a beautiful, art filled home where attention is paid to every detail. The host and hostess are lovely and their entire focus is on making their guests' stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. “A lovely welcome on arrival, comfortable room with a wonderful view. Great shower, good size of room. Just TV, No netflix or other streaming service. Great service, easy to top up tea, coffee, fresh milk etc. No car park but easy walking distance to other car parks. Near plenty of places to eat. In a lovely, historic part of Rye with lots to see.”

“Had a brilliant stay at The Blacksmiths Arms! 🏡 From start to finish, the team were so welcoming, and the evening meal was absolutely superb. The room was spotless, comfortable, and I had a really good night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was lovely — I was very tempted by the cooked option, but time wasn’t on my side this morning! ⏰🍳 As a solo female traveller with a dog, this has been one of my best stays yet. Highly recommend. 🐾💛”
