“Were very pleased with the corner room with a fabulous view of Nyhavn. Room was good sized and comfortable. We were lucky enough to be assigned the one room with a narrow wrap-around balcony. A small table / chairs would be a good addition. The continental breakfast was simple but fresh and adequate. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful; the breakfast attendant seemed a bit stiff. Downsides were greatly overcome by the positives. But be aware that the elevator to the rooms is……

“Everything was really nice except the shower space is quite small and also the room doesn’t have air conditioning and you need to make sure the staff provide you duvet that fits the weather - went in spring/early summer and they gave me feather duvet and it’s just killing me at night. Location is good and staff is really friendly and helpful! ”
