“The apartment was a great base camp for our travels in the upper pennisula. Beds were comfortable and shower was nice. I do agree with another review about the bathtub being slippery when taking a shower. We bought a bath mat which helped tremendously.”

“We came to hike so was great location-relatively short drives to copper harbor, eagle harbor, McLain State park, falls etc.. calumet area has options for dining, groceries etc so you don’t have to drive to Houghton, unless desired. Apartment was clean, relaxing and nicely decorated. Would stay again!!”

“A real gem! Perfect little second story flat, in fantastic shape with lots of extra touches. There is a nice entry area with a chair and room to leave your boots before going up the stairs. The kitchen had all the nice little extras like salt and pepper, coffee filters, etc. and has everything needed to prepare full meals. The bedroom is nice sized and the bed was very comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better or more convenient place for one person or a couple. Highly recommended!”

“The house was very clean! Owners provided some wonderful local coffee that we will now have to find so that we can continue to enjoy it. The kitchen was well stocked with anything that you would need to make meals in house or on the grill. The location was superb!! We walked down the beach at sunset, it was just beautiful!”
