“House was great! Lots of room and space for a big family. Beds are firm but comfortable. Options for King size rooms and location to bathrooms is also great. Pool and hot tub are an added luxury. The neighborhood is quiet but fun and so great to walk to the beach or even drive a few blocks and park for all your beach gear. Bring extra towels and TP host does supply them but with big family’s you run out quickly.”

“There were a few concerns of things left by previous guest. Overall we had a great time. There was plenty of room for everyone. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub!”

“House was clean and well equipped. Kitchen had everything needed for meal prep. Beach and pool access a short walk or golf cart ride away. Wi-Fi was inconsistent at times. Definitely would recommend for OBX vacation!”

“The house was spectacular and the hosts are incredibly prepared and responsive to all of your vacation needs. Plenty of rooms, seats and space available throughout the house. Extra amenities kept on site and available as needed (games, outdoor activities, paper products, soaps, ect). The backyard is perfect for family fun, pool time and fires. It’s a short drive or walk to the beach with easy access. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a good stay overall; however, there are a few things the host could address to make the experience truly memorable for a house of 8 bedrooms:1. It would be helpful to have at least one toilet roll provided in each bathroom, as this is a basic necessity.2. More kitchen items would enhance the stay—such as additional kitchen rolls, more dishwasher pods, and basic staples like salt, pepper, and sugar.3. The house could benefit from pest control, as we spotted several bugs during our stay.4.……

“Microwave door broken, Ice dispenser did not work, Hot tube temp could not be adjusted. Water damage in home with MOLD throughout the home. Would not recommend for families with mold sensitivity . ”

“All 16 family members gathered in this lovely property for a fantastic week. The home was perfect providing space for 8 adults and kids from 21 to 6 to have space. Proximity to the beach was perfect. The pool and patio adjacent to the pool provided great afternoon gathering space. The elevator was a great help in bringing groceries in and the kitchen provided all that was needed to prep meals for a crowd. Definitely a home designed for a large gathering looking to make seaside memories.”
