Comfy little place

This condo was very comfortable and had a good location. The bed was actually comfortable and the kids didn’t mind the fold out couch. The balcony had a decent view. The proximity to the pool and fitness center was nice. My only suggestion for this place is to get an actual additional nightstand for the bedroom-my husband slept on the side with the nightstand which left me with nowhere to sit my things overnight-I ended up having to use a chair from the dining table during the night next to my side of the bed. Other than that we had no issues and enjoyed our time there.

Great Get Away

The Coastal Chic Condo was everything they said and more. We enjoyed watching the waves in the morning while drinking our coffees from the balcony. Walking to the beach and enjoying the pool. We will be back as soon as we can. Thank you for meeting our needs. We always enjoy booking our stays through Padre Escapes. Highly recommend both the condo and Padre Escapes.

Beach Club condo

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was perfect for our weekend getaway to attend a wedding in Corpus Christi. The location was great as it was a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves throughout the day. The assigned parking spot was close to the building entrance for easy loading/unloading. Check in/out was easy as well. Only wish we could have stayed longer. My only disappointment was the low water pressure in the shower.

Quiet and peaceful getaway

We were looking for somewhere quiet to go near the beach for a few days between the holidays. This place was perfect! It was clean, as advertised and an easy walk to the beach.

Meeting Desired Expectations

We enjoyed the location, cleanliness, instructions left throughout the entire process. It was precisely what pictures, location and description stated. The beach was very close and accessible and the condo very clean. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended another day. Only glitch was the door access code after that extension left me locked out, but rental team had me back in the unit quickly. Things travelers should know: 3rd floor steps will be physically demanding for some; mattress of master bedroom is very noisy; patio door very hard to open/close Huge Plus: very close to beach; very clean with provided linens and supplies to clean; very nice AC!

Fun place!

I enjoyed staying at this condo. Very clean, very neat, close to the beach and with a great balcony offering distant beach views. Property manager was very quick to assist with a minor issue with patio door. My boys enjoyed the fast internet too, Thank you! Mario.

It was such a nice place to stay nothing bad about it but the fact that we booked it on the 3rd floor. Taking everything up and bringing everything down was the only bad thing and that was on us but the condo was in a great spot easy to get to pool access and we were even able to fish in the pond in the property. We will definitely be using this place again.

Covid getaway

Property location is amazing and you have a great view of the beach and dunes. Check in was seamless and we appreciated the ease of the keypad. We cooked all of our meals during our stay and the kitchen was perfect for our family of three. A couple of downsides to the property, number one is the super super uncomfortable bed. I’m not picky on vacation about my bed but it was truly horrible and super squeaky. We were surprised that there was no coffee filters provided with the coffee machine. Also no dish soap to hand wash dishes, we left ours for future use. The smoke alarm battery went out at 630 am on our first morning so we had a nice early start at the beach that day :)

Beautiful ocean view

This is a nice place to stay. We felt very safe here. The location to the beach is within walking distance. The reserved parking space is close. There are no elevators so the 3 story hike was tiresome when lugging luggage. The balcony door sticks and was hard to open and close but I think that’s typical of beach rentals. My kids and I enjoyed our weekend getaway!

Air conditioning went out in the apartment and the owners of the property refused to fix it.

Padre Escapes was amazing. Beach club property is beautiful and so close to the beach! My only complaint was the owners of property that we rented. The property was cute and had a great view of the beach, but when the air conditioning went out on our second night the owners refused to let beach escapes maintenance man fix it. We were put out and luckily since the property wasn’t full there was another spot to put us in. But we had to move three times. Beach escapes were amazing. Owners of condo not so much. I would not recommend renting from these people especially when these places are typically full.

Great place, management co is frustrating

As an owner of several short term rental properties, I have to say that the management company was the most frustrating part of our stay. We have stayed at Beach Club several times in other units (not managed by Padre Eacapes) and this unit was wonderful. Clean, tastefully decorated, wonderful views and location is great. Outside of the super squeaky bed, we loved the unit. The management company was just frustrating to deal with as they don’t respond to messages on VRBO and over communicated things that were important to them but under communicated things that were important to me, the guest. I had to call them several times for information which was frustrating. We also had issues with their employees parking in the only parking spot we could park in and left us scrambling around trying to figure out what to do in 100 degree heat and just wanting to go to our unit at the end of a long day at the beach. I received multiple texts and emails from them daily which was super annoying. Overall, the employees are super nice but their process is way too annoying to me as a guest, especially as a host who works so hard to create a great guest experience.

Nice condo if you like stairs

Lots of stairs to climb for this nice condo so be prepared. Great view of beach (only two block walk) from the balcony. Listing says there’s a pool on property but you need a key and there wasn’t one left in the condo. Extra fees for this property that I’ve never paid for for a Home Away or other short stay property.
