This grand 5-bedroom beauty offers luxe, designer interiors and great porches, blending classic East Coast style with elegant Far East accents. Located on an open green space, you’ll have great outdoor living and access to the beach and pools of Cinnamon Shore.
AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: From the elegant entry with impressive three-story stairway, you’ll find the gorgeous main gathering space on the first floor. Relax in the comfortable family room, where a pair of plush sofas face each other before a fireplace and wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. A dining table seating 10 backs separates the family room and kitchen island, serving as a connector between the two areas. The kitchen features upholstered bar stool seating for four and all the kitchen gear you’ll need to entertain family and friends.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Every bedroom looks and feels like a design show home masterpiece! On the first floor, an elegant master suite features king-size bed and a pair of elegant shore bird prints. On the second floor, two more king suites await, each with private baths and sumptuous bed linens that have exquisite detailing. A nautical-theme bunk room has its own den, complete with a sofa, sailboat accents and open book shelves. Choose from three sets of built-in bunks, including two, twin-over-twin and one twin-over-full. Finally, the third level offers another nautical bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks and creative coastal accents!
