“The room was very clean and nice. Nothing felt old or overused. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were coming from out of town for a 4:00 wedding. I emailed and asked about the possibility of a 2:00 check in so that we would have time to get ready and get to the venue and received a very quick response telling me that our room would be ready for our 2:00 check in, and it was. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. ”

“We stopped here for a night while traveling. The room was clean and easy check in. We like the open to the parking lot because we have a dog. You have to remember this is an older motel so the lighting is darker. We loved a TV that actually worked and we didn't have to mess with a dish.”

“I've traveled to Algona before and stayed in the hotels, which were nice, but this stay was my favorite so far. The home is close to everything in town. It has a very charming feel and very comfortable to hang out with family. The host is very proactive and helpful with anything you need. The house is well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable.
