“Worth the price overall. The host was friendly and responded in a timely manner. It's an old house with some quirks, but fine overall. Would've been nice to have a full sized fridge. Some of the tables were loose and wobbly. Fortunately, I had a wrench set on me and was able to tighten them up. Also had one of the outside stairs break off and I almost fell down. Freak incident, I hope.”

“Pet friendly home. Host communication was great. The house has great potential, needs appliances in better condition. One thing that was not acceptable was "handy men" x2 came into the home unannounced to "fix" kick plate, putting in one screw on one side. So it wasn't completed. Thankfully my husband was there and questioned why they just walked in, twice. Like I said the potential is great, just need to address some issues, screens all had holes. Dryer needed fuse reset x3 to finish...
